Becoming a Spartan Starts with your Application

If you are applying for our 8th Grade Preparatory Program:

  • Limited space available.
  • Complete the Online Application including submitting the $20 application fee
  • Provide official transcripts from 6th and 7th grade, including any standardized test scores. (Use the release of records form below)
  • Submit 1 teacher recommendation (Math, Science, English) (Use the teacher recommendation form below)

If you are applying for Grade 9:

  • Complete the Online Application including submitting the $25 application fee
  • Provide official transcripts from 6th, 7th, and 8th grade, including any standardized test scores (Use the release of records form below)
  • Submit 1 teacher recommendation (Math, Science, English) (Use the teacher recommendation form below)

Academic Scholarships & Honors Academy (9th Grade Applicants Only)

  • Any student who would like to apply for an Honors Academy must also fill out this form: DPCHS Class of 2025 Academy Application
  • Any student who would like to be considered for an Academic Scholarship, or is applying for an Honors Academy must do the following:

Sit for an Academic Scholarship Exam:

Attend an Academic Scholarship Interview

If you are applying as a Transfer Student:

  • Applications are accepted on a rolling basis
  • Acceptance depends on space availability
  • Submit a copy of your current transcript for prescreening prior to completing the application
  • If approved by Admissions, complete the Online Application including submitting the $20 application fee
  • Submit an official transcript and all standardized test scores such as Aspire, PSAT, ACT, SAT (Use the release of records form below)
  • Have an interview with members of the Administration.

Tuition Assistance

To be considered for Tuition Assistance all applicants must:

  • Complete an application online at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3k377
  • Submit a copy of your current transcript for a prescreen prior to completing the application
  • If approved by Admissions, complete the Online Application including submitting the $20 application fee
  • Submit an official transcript and all standardized test scores such as Aspire, PSAT, ACT, SAT (Use the release of records form below)
  • Have an interview with members of the Administration.

Admission Requirements

  • English Proficiency Test Results. S.L.E.P/ Junior TOEFL
  • Zoom Interview
  • Completed DePaul Catholic Application
  • 3 Year Academic History (including current grade report)
